Caroline joined Paragon in November 2015 as a Costs Administrator and was promoted to Costs Draftsman in 2026.
During her time supporting both the team and Paragon’s clients, Caroline has developed an excellent understanding of legal costs alongside an in-depth knowledge of Paragon’s clients, and their needs. Her experience and reliable consistency enable her to provide clear, attentive guidance and dependable cost solutions.
Caroline regularly undertakes insurance audits and deals with Court of Protection matters, combining a proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail to consistently deliver the highest standard of service for Paragon’s clients.
