The Law Society has now published a model CFA for use after 1 April 2013 for personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
They have also published a guide which deals with a variety of issues including transitional provisions, exceptions, termination, change of solicitor, minors, protected parties, calculation of damages cap where there is a global offer and qualified one way costs shifting.
